35 Weeks!
Yesterday was my 35/35. That means I was 35 weeks pregnant, and I only had 35 days of my pregnancy left (hopefully less!)
How far along am I? 35 weeks 1 day
Total weight gain? 34 pounds, I think I've come to terms with the weight. :(
Sleep? Sleep has not been great for the last few days. I think I wake up worrying about things and then I can't go back to sleep. Hopefully, it will get better.
How am I feeling? I am still feeling good, just getting a little anxious. I don't like not having a plan or knowing what is is store. I hope to get some more answers on Monday. I have started cramping alot, but I have been reading that this is normal.
Best moment this week? I think hearing that Logan will be coming early was the best moment this week. I can't wait to see him and finally be able to hold him.
Movement? He is still punching and kicking me. He loves to stick his butt out right by my ribs. He had the hickups this morning!
Belly Button? Still in
Labor signs? cramping and lower back pain
Food cravings? desserts and sweets
What am I looking forward to? Celebrating Mackenzie's first birthday tonight and bringing in the new year. 2010 is going to be an awesome year for our family.
Milestones? From now on baby's growth will be mostly in the plumping up department-though he won't get much longer, he will continue putting on weight.

33 Weeks!
How far along am I? 33 weeks
Total weight gain? I respectfully decline to answer this question anymore :) We'll just say mom and baby are growing fine!
Sleep? Still pretty good, except last night I got a major Charlie Horse and had to jump out of bed and run around the room.
How am I feeling? I think I am getting a cold or maybe just sinus stuff. I am a pretty tired, but fighting through it to get everything done. My ankles and feet are swelling a little, so I am trying to drink more water and get off my feet, which doesn't happen often. :)
Best moment this week? The girls from PAMPA, the doctor's office where I used to work, threw a shower for me on Sunday. It was really nice and it was good to see everyone. Mimi got Logan his stroller, so now we have all of our big things, and I think we are set on everything for now. I'm sure there's more that we will need, but I think we have what we need to bring him home. Also, it was Chris's birthday on Tuesday and we had a really nice dinner at one of his favorite restaurants. His parents and I got him a new flat screen for the bedroom. I am hoping to be able to enjoy it over Winter Break.
Movement? He is moving like crazy, during the day and at night. I think he is trying to say, "Hey! I'm running out of room in here!" I love feeling him kick and wiggle!
Belly Button? Still in :)
Labor signs? I think I have had a few Braxton Hicks, but still not quite sure.
Food Cravings? Nothing I can't live without, maybe cereal and milk?
What am I looking forward to? Seeing Baby Logan again next Tuesday at the 4th 4D ultrasound. This little guy better give me a good shot. We are running out of time! Of course, I am also looking forward to my 2 weeks off! I have plans to get a lot done, but at least I can sleep in a little and stay in comfy clothes.
Milestones? He may grow up to an inch this week! His brain is developing like crazy. Pretty soon, he will be able to coordinate breathing with sucking and swallowing. Also, his bones are hardening, and he's started to keep his eyes open while he's awake.

32 Weeks!
How far along are you? 32 weeks
Total weight gain? We go to the doctor next Tuesday, maybe 25 or 26 pounds?
Sleep? I am very sleepy all the time. I am sleeping pretty well, but waking up several times and having some crazy dreams.
How am I feeling? Besides the constant heartburn, and being tired, I am feeling pretty well. Hope I continue to feel this good.
Best moment this week? I had my shower at school today and Logan got so many cute things. He got several outfits, blankets, a sound machine, baby gate for the stairs, and several other cute things. I have a great group of co-workers. It was also great to see him on the ultrasound again, although we still didn't get the best pictures. That's okay though, because now we get to see him again in two weeks!
Movement? around 8:45 every night, he decides to have a party in my belly. The other night, I told Chris to put his hand on my belly, and he couldn't believe how much Logan was moving. He said that was the most he had ever felt him move.
Belly Button? Still in :)
Labor signs? Nothing yet, let's hope it stays that way for a while
Food Cravings? I have been craving avocado...Yummy!!!
What am I looking forward to? My last baby shower on Sunday. The girls from PAMPA, the doctor's office where I worked in high school and college, are throwing me a shower. I am so excited to see all the girls again. I am also looking forward to Christmas break coming up in 8 school days, but who's counting? I can't wait to sleep in, get some freezer meals ready, install the car seat and get everything finished up for Logan's arrival.
Milestones? Baby will likely double his weight in the next 8 weeks. He should be settling into a head down position to get ready to enter this world.

Maybe 4th Time's the Charm?
We went for our 3rd 4D ultrasound yesterday, and Baby Logan still hasn't moved. He still has his legs up over his head and there was still some cord up by his face. I do feel very lucky that the lady is letting us come back to keep trying. You can see his nose and mouth pretty well, and I have to say he is pretty darn cute already!
We are going back on December 22nd to try again!Tuesday, December 1, 2009
31 Weeks!

30 Weeks!! Less than ten weeks until we meet our little man!
How far along am I? 30 weeks and 1 day
Total weight gain? 22 pounds last weeks, so hopefully 23 pounds
Sleep? I have been waking up a lot again, hopefully this won't last :)
How am I feeling? Feeling great this week. I little tired, but we have been pretty busy. I am really enjoying having 5 days off work for the holidays.
Best moment this week? I got a pregnancy massage yesterday, it was a birthday present from Josh, Megan, Melanie and Scott. She used a pregnancy table with a belly hole, so it was so nice to be able to lay on my belly. We also went to our breastfeeding class, and it was so sweet to see Chris so interested and into it.
Movement? He has still been kicking away, nothing painful yet! It's funny to now feel these big round parts up at the top of my tummy. I can't tell if it's head or butt, I just keep rubbing it, either way :)
Belly button? My dad checked it out last night, and said it was still an innie and no line yet :)
Food cravings? I had a Wendy's vanilla Frosty on the way home last night. I ate every single bite, sorry Chris :)
What I am looking forward to? We have our child birthing class this Saturday (all day) and the hospital tour on Sunday. The classes seem to make it all seem more real.
Milestones? Baby is about 15.7 inches long, and weighs about 3 pounds. Fingernails and toenails are finally finished developing. When baby is awake his eyes are now wide open.

28 Weeks!
How far along am I? 28 weeks
Total weight gain? I will find out on Monday
Sleep? I think I can say that I am getting the third trimester sleepies. I feel asleep while trying to watch several tv shows this week, and I feel asleep on the living room floor! Chris had to wake me up!
How am I feeling? Wonderful besides my back. My back is hurting pretty much every time I sit down. :(
Best moment this week? My wonderful baby shower and seeing my beautiful baby boy in 4D! He was so sleepy, just like Mommy!
Movement? He has been moving like crazy. It's funny how much more I have been able to feel him over the last few weeks.
Belly Button? Still in
Food Cravings? I had to get some Cheetos on the way home yesterday...They sounded so good! We now have an open bag of about 20 different chips in the pantry. I want a certain kind of chips, then after I have it once, I don't really want them again.
What I am looking forward to? My third shower this weekend. Amanda and Emily are throwing it. I can't wait to see everyone! We also get to go back on Friday to try to get some better pictures of Logan. Our appointment is at 5:00. Check back Friday night for more pictures!

We are having a gymnast!
This is another face shot, but the cord is in front of his eyes and forehead. You can see his nose, mouth and cheeks.

So excited about this weekend!
I can't wait to see Melanie's baby bump! It is so much fun having your cousin (who is the sister I never had) pregnant at the same time as you. I was looking through pictures, and I can't believe how much has changed in just 6 months. In April, we took a trip to the beach and Melanie and I were in the middle of trying to get pregnant, and now look at us!
April 2009 (Mackenzie 3 months)
October 2009 (Mackenzie 10 months, Jess 24 weeks, Mel 9 weeks)

27 Weeks!
Total weight gain? Find out in less than two weeks....who cares!
Sleep? Sleep is still good, but the time change was a little hard. My body didn't understand that I was supposed to get an extra hour of sleep.
How am I feeling? I feel great! Other than this big thing in the way when I try to bend over I still really can't tell a difference. I love being pregnant!
Best moment this week? My first baby shower, of course! It was so beautiful and I feel so blessed!
Movement? He is moving a lot more now. I feel his a lot in the morning, between 7 and 9, and at night between 7-11. I think he may have flipped the other night. I felt this huge hard bulge, and then it was gone a few seconds later.
Belly button? It's still in, but not for long
Food Cravings? It's been cheese this week.
What I am looking forward to? My shower this weekend, and the sneak peek we are going to get of Logan Friday at 5:00. My two aunts and cousin are coming in town to help host my shower and we are going to go get a 3D ultrasound Friday! I am so excited! I can't wait to see his sweet little face. I just hope he cooperates!

My First Shower!
Tuesday, October 27, 2009
What a surprise!
26 Weeks!
How far along am I? 26 weeks
Total weight gain? 17 pounds last week, so maybe 18?
Sleep? Sleep is great, expect when you are woken up by stinky dog pee! Sable has a bladder infection and twice this week, we have woken up at 5:o0 am to dog pee in the room. Of course, I have to get up and steam vac the entire room! Fun, fun, fun!
How am I feeling? I feel great! I can tell that he is getting bigger. It is really hard to bend over when I am sitting. I think he is moving things around in there!
Best moment this week? Scheduling our 4D ultrasound (Nov. 21st)! It was also great to see that my countdown until Logan is here is now in double digits. 98 days to go!
Movement? He is moving a lot, still mostly at night. I was really tired today, so I got 1/4 of my coffee regular and the other 3/4 decaf. I rarely have caffeine, so he was quite wiggly today! It was crazy how much more I felt him during the day.
Belly button? It's still in
Food Cravings? Pumpkin again this week. I made pumpkin bread and found pumpkin muffins at Publix. Yummy!
What I am looking forward to? My first shower is this weekend! My mom and her friend Sandy are throwing it for me. I am so excited to see what Baby Logan gets!
Milestones? The network of nerves in your baby's ears is better developed and more sensitive than before. He may now be able to hear both your voice and your partner's as you chat with each other. He's inhaling and exhaling small amounts of amniotic fluid, which is essential for the development of his lungs. These so-called breathing movements are also good practice for when he's born and takes that first gulp of air. And he's continuing to put on baby fat. He now weighs about a pound and two-thirds and measures 14 inches from head to heel. If you're having a boy, his testicles are beginning to descend into his scrotum — a trip that will take about two to three days.
