Logan is totally obsessed with his little brother. Since the first day at the hospital, he has been loving on him and constantly wants to be holding him or kissing him. I thank God everyday that he already loves his brother so much. It has made our transition into a family of 4 so much easier. I sometimes find myself telling Logan to back up some and not be in Landon's face so much. As soon as I say it, I remind myself that this is a blessing that he loves him so much and can't seem to get enough. I image if the opposite was happening and he didn't want him around. What a difficult time that would be. So any time Logan asks to do something with Landon I try to make it happen.
About two weeks ago, Logan asked to read Landon some books. Logan loves books and loves to read, but I wasn't sure how long the reading would last. I figured he would look at the book, shove it in Landon's face and then move on to something else.
I put Landon on the floor in his Boppy pillow and Logan picked the chair right in front of him. As he started to read, I grabbed my phone to document this special moment between brothers. I also used it to hide the tears that were falling down my face.
The book he is reading is one that I had at the hospital for family to write notes to Landon when he was born. Logan notices the writing in the book while he is reading.
I've had fun comparing Landon and Logan. They look so similar to me. I can't wait to watch Landon change and see if they continue to look similar. I didn't think we would have another baby as cute as Logan, but we were wrong! We are so blessed to have two beautiful boys.

I'm trying to catch up with these pictures. Landon has already been having fun with his cousins, grandparents and great grandmother. We are lucky to have such an awesome family.

Shiloh loves baby Landon. She loves to follow me around and do all the same things with her little babies. She's going to be a good mama one day.
We were so blessed to happen upon a complementary session with an amazing photographer. She was mentoring another photographer and needed a newborn to use for the session. I gladly volunteered my little guy. So at just 11 days old he made his modeling debut.
I'm completely smitten by this little guy and these pictures are something I will cherish forever. He is the perfect proof of God's miracles and perfection. My heart jumps a beat when I look at his beautiful face because I truly can't believe he is mine!
One month! Wow! What a blessing this little baby has been to our family. Not only is he the most beautiful baby I have ever laid eyes on (besides Logan of course), but he is such a good and easy baby. He is an amazing sleeper, champion eater and so tolerant of all of his big brother's kisses and hugs.
1 Month Highlights:
He weighs 10 pounds 8 oz and is 22 inches long
He is such a great sleeper and loves to be swaddled
We are breastfeeding every 2-3 hours during the day and 3-4 hours at night
The doctor told us to introduce the bottle so he will be used to taking one when I go back to work in 8 weeks. He had his first bottle and did very well with it
Baby acne has shown up and we are hoping it fades quickly
The newborn clothes are too small and he is wearing 0-3 month and 3 month clothing
He is wearing size 1 diapers
Tummy time is happening several times a day and he loves to try to hold his head up
He is able to find our voices when we talk to him and loves to stare at us (when he's awake, which isn't very often)
